Hello there,
My phone has entered into the Downloading mode, how much time this will take?

please help. note 3 hlte stuck in TWRP recovery mode... cannot reboot into download mode or even shut down normally or reboot system.
whenever I try any option it reads 'FAIL'... after removing battery, and restarting, it just returns to TWRP recovery. even tried formatting but it reads 'FAIL' and i'm stuck

Ive entered that mode and thought that it would download through the phne. What happens when i turn my device off?
